  • Thirty-eight percent of those that shopped at a mall or shopping center are age 35-54
  • Austin adults age 18-34 are 50 percent more likely to have purchased a stereo system in the past 12 months than the market average
  • Austin DMA adults with a household income of $100,000 or more are 22 percent more likely to purchase carpet or flooring than the market average
  • Households with children are 32 percent more likely to purchase athletic shoes than the market average
